From the Keepsake Drawer–Create a Lovely Inspirational Bookmark

A little gift from me to you…
This pretty bookmark design was inspired by my reflection, As October Lingers. It can be downloaded from the free member-only subscriber library. Simply download the PDF, print, and trim.
Not a member yet? Subscribe Here and enjoy all of the free items I’ve posted there. From eBooks to printables, sewing patterns, and more… this continually growing resource is free for subscribers to use. Subscribers also receive a monthly newsletter which highlights my latest news, graceful finds, reflections, and other tidbits from my home to yours.
This little bookmark is very easy to create as a gift to yourself or tuck into a card for a friend. The sentiment is a gentle reminder to trust God.
“Trust that every ending opens an opportunity for something beautifully new”

Materials:
- Home Printer (I use the Inkjet Canon TS9521)
- Linen Cardstock (use 65lb or higher)
- Scissors / Guillotine Paper Cutter or Sliding Paper Cutter
- Hole Punch
- Ribbon (I used 3/8″ dusty rose velvet ribbon)
- Laminate Sheets (optional)
Instructions:
- Download the bookmark PDF (located in the subscriber library).
- Print (for best results, use 65 – 100 lb. linen cardstock and high color setting on your inkjet printer).
- Laminate the printed sheet (Skip this step if you prefer it unlaminated, as shown here. Personally, I prefer it without laminate because showcases the linen texture of the paper. Using a heavyweight cardstock works well).
- Trim the bookmark as desired (I like leaving a small white boarder all around).
- Punch a hole at the top.
- Insert ribbon and tie leaving the tails at your desired length.

I hope you enjoy today’s small gift and find the sentiment a blessing.
