- In a medium bowl combine the lemonade, elderflower syrup, seltzer, and the vodka (if using). Use 8oz – 10oz glasses and fill with ice cubes. Pour the liquid over the ice and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint leaves and a lemon round. Serve immediately.
