How beautiful to receive a gift topped with beautiful and fragrant fresh flowers! Here I am using delicate pink roses tucked into a nosegay doily; tied with a gorgeous satin ribbon.
To assemble the rose topper, cut your roses (or desired flowers) to the appropriate size. Use floral tubes (you can get them here) and place one stem in tube filled with water.
Tie the tubes with flowers together with twine (to keep them securely in the small bunch). Using one paper doily, lay the flowers and tubes on top and fold the doily to wrap the flower stems. Secure with transparent tape.
Place the rose bundle atop the gift (you may need to use tape to secure), and wrap the whole gift with a beautiful satin bow. How pretty is this?!
This wrapping idea is very easy to do, yet adds a thoughtful and elegant detail the recipient will adore.
